Privacy
The honest version: this is a five-page marketing site with a contact form. It collects very little, because it does very little.
What this site collects
Anonymous traffic statistics through Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, what kind of device. Not your name, and nothing that identifies you personally.
If you send the contact form, whatever you typed into it: your name, email, optionally your company and website, and your message.
What happens to a form submission
It is emailed straight to me and nothing else. There is no database behind this site, no CRM, and no mailing list to be added to. The message lives in my inbox the way any email does.
Email delivery runs through Resend, which processes the message in transit. Booking a call runs through Google Calendar, which is where the appointment is stored.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. Blocking them costs you nothing on this site — nothing here depends on them working.
The only thing stored in your browser by the site itself is which colour theme you picked. It never leaves your device.
Your data
Email sales@kicksplit.com and ask me to delete anything you have sent, and I will delete it and tell you it is done. There is no ticket queue — it is one person and one inbox.
Questions about any of this go to sales@kicksplit.com.
