Ad management

Ads are a multiplier. Point them at a site that converts.

Paid traffic makes whatever you already have happen faster — including losing. Once the site earns the click, ads are the cheapest way to buy more of them. In that order, not the reverse.

I will look at your current campaigns on the call, if you are running any.

The approach

How I run it

  • The site goes first

If your site converts at one percent and the fix takes it to three, that is the same as tripling your ad budget for free. I will not take an ad retainer for a site I have told you is broken.

  • You own the accounts

The ad account, the pixel, the card on file, the history — all in your name. Spend goes to the platform directly. If we stop working together you keep every bit of the data.

  • Measured to booked work, not clicks

Impressions and click-through rate are how agencies keep bad news off the report. The number that matters is what a booked job costs you, and that is what the monthly report leads with.

  • I will tell you to stop

If a channel is not producing after a fair test, the recommendation is to cut it — even though the retainer is easier to keep by staying quiet. Say it out loud now so you can hold me to it.

What it costs

Flat fee. Ad spend goes to the platform on your own card, and I never mark it up.

Ad management

Most common

$1,500

per month

Search and paid social, built, run and reported on monthly.

  • Campaign build and ongoing management
  • Ad copy and creative direction
  • Landing page changes as the data comes in
  • Conversion tracking kept honest
  • One monthly report, plus a call if you want one
  • First 90 days, then month to month
Book a call

Ad spend is separate and billed straight to your account by the platform. I never mark it up.

Build and run

$4,500 + $1,500

build, then monthly

Start with the site, then turn the ads on once it can hold the traffic.

  • Everything in a full website build
  • Everything in ad management
  • One accountable party for both

Scope

What this is not

Cheaper to say now than to discover in month two.

  • Not a guarantee

Anyone promising a specific number of leads before looking at your market, your margin and your close rate is guessing at you. I would rather lose the deal than open with a number I invented.

  • Not SEO

Different discipline, different timeline, different budget. Some of it overlaps with a good build. If organic is what you actually need, I will say so.

  • Not a full brand campaign

This is direct response — spend money, get calls, count them. If you need awareness work across six channels, you need an agency, and that is a real answer, not a brush-off.

Questions people actually ask

What should I budget for spend?

It depends entirely on your market and your job size, and any specific number I gave you before looking would be made up. We work it out on the call from what a customer is worth to you.

How long before it works?

Give it 90 days. The first month is learning, the second is cutting what lost money, the third is where the number starts to mean something. Anyone selling you week-one results is selling you the first month twice.

Is there a contract?

A 90-day initial term, because anything shorter cannot be judged fairly. After that it is month to month and you can stop with 30 days notice.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. A percentage of spend pays me more for spending more of your money, which is a bad way to align the two of us. Flat monthly fee.

Bring your current campaigns

I will look at what you are running now and tell you whether the problem is the ads or the page they land on. Usually it is the page.
