About

10 years closing and managing high-ticket sales. Now building the infrastructure I kept wishing the companies I worked for had.

What I actually did before this
I sold. High-ticket, on the phone and in person, for 10 years — then managed the people doing it. That is the whole résumé and it is the entire reason this company exists.
What I kept running into was not a selling problem. It was that the website lost the deal before I got the call. That leads sat in an inbox over the weekend. That the comp plan paid me most for the deals that were easiest to close rather than the ones the company most needed closed. All fixable, none of it being fixed.
So I learned to build the fixes. That is what KickSplit is.
Why I am not an agency
Almost everyone selling you a website or an ad retainer is a marketer who has read about sales. They can tell you what a good headline looks like. They have never sat on a call while a prospect goes quiet, and they do not know which line caused it.
I do. That is the only real difference, and it is enough of one that I built a company on it.
It also means I will occasionally talk you out of buying something. If your site is fine and your problem is that nobody follows up on Saturday, a rebuild is a waste of your money and I will say so.
The software half
I am also building KickSplit Commissions — commission tracking and CRM for sales teams — at kicksplit.io. Same thesis, different shape: teams perform when they can see what they are owed and trust the number.
One company, two arms. The consulting side is the front door, the software is a product sold to sales teams. Nothing is shared between them except the standard.
How I work
Say the real number
Pricing is on the service pages. If a project is out of range you find out in four seconds instead of after two calls and a proposal.
No manufactured proof
When there are results worth showing, they will be on this site with the client named and the numbers attached. Until then this page is what you get, and that is deliberate.
One accountable person
You are not handed to an account manager after the sale. The person on the first call is the person doing the work.
Measure it or do not claim it
Tracking is proven working before launch, on every build. It is also why analytics on this site had to be right first — hard to sell conversion tracking you have not bothered to wire up on your own domain.
Twenty minutes is the fastest way to judge this
No deck. I look at what you have and tell you what I would do about it.
