Privacy Policy

KickSplit, LLC ("KickSplit", "we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we handle information collected through kicksplit.com, the website for our consulting and services business (this "Site").

Scope. This policy covers this Site only. Our commission tracking and CRM software at kicksplit.io is a separate product with its own Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and End-User Terms, linked at the end of this document. If you are a customer of that software, those instruments govern your data — not this page.

The short version. This is a marketing site with a contact form. There is no account to create, no database behind it, and no mailing list. We measure traffic anonymously, and if you send us a message it becomes an email in an inbox.

1Information We Collect

  • Analytics data: Pages viewed, approximate region, referring source, browser and device type, and basic performance measurements. Collected through Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4. This is aggregate traffic data and we do not use it to identify you personally.
  • Contact form submissions: If you use a form on this Site, we receive whatever you enter: your name and email address, optionally your company and website, and the content of your message.
  • Booking information: If you book a call, the appointment is created in Google Calendar and we receive the details you provide on the booking form. That booking is handled by Google under its own privacy terms.
  • Information you send us directly: Anything you choose to email us, or share with us during a consultation.

We do not collect payment card details on this Site, we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

2How We Use Information

  • To reply to you, and to prepare for and carry out a consultation you requested.
  • To understand which pages and channels bring qualified enquiries, so we can improve the Site.
  • To keep the Site working, secure, and free of automated abuse.
  • To meet legal or regulatory obligations where they apply.

We do not add you to a mailing list. If we ever run one, joining will be a separate, explicit action you take — not a consequence of contacting us.

3Cookies and Local Storage

  • Google Analytics cookies: Used to distinguish new visits from returning ones and to attribute traffic sources. Blocking them costs you nothing here — no part of this Site depends on them.
  • Theme preference: If you switch between the light and dark appearance, that choice is stored in your own browser. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us.
  • Embedded booking calendar: The booking page embedded on this Site is served by Google and may set its own cookies under Google’s terms.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Browser "Do Not Track" and global privacy control signals are honoured where the analytics providers support them.

4Service Providers

This Site is hosted and operated in the United States. We use the following providers, and only for the purposes listed:

  • Vercel: Website hosting, serverless functions, and traffic analytics.
  • Google Analytics: Website traffic measurement.
  • Resend: Delivering contact form submissions to our inbox as email.
  • Google Workspace and Google Calendar: Our email, and the appointment booking on this Site.

Each provider processes information only as needed to deliver its service. Where we engage specialist partners to help deliver client work, that is governed by the engagement agreement with that client and does not involve information collected through this Site.

5Retention

There is no database behind this Site. A contact form submission becomes an email and is retained in our business inbox the way ordinary business correspondence is. Analytics data is retained according to the providers’ standard retention periods.

If we go on to work together, information you share during the engagement is handled under the agreement covering that engagement.

6Your Choices and Rights

Email sales@kicksplit.com and ask us to delete anything you have sent, or to tell you what we hold. We will do it and confirm when it is done. There is no ticket queue — it is a small company and a real inbox.

Depending on where you live you may have specific rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. We honour those requests regardless of whether a particular law applies to you.

7Children's Privacy

This Site is directed at businesses, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8Security

The Site is served over TLS, form submissions are rate limited and validated, and nothing submitted through it is stored on our servers. We do not currently hold independent security certifications such as SOC 2. No system is entirely impenetrable, and we will not claim otherwise.

9The Software Product

Our commission tracking and CRM software at kicksplit.io is a separate product, governed by its own binding instruments. If you are a customer, a user, or a person whose data is held in that platform, these are the documents that apply to you:

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. If this Site ever gains a database, an account system or a mailing list, this page changes in the same release.
