Plans and pricing

The numbers, on the page.

Published because nobody should have to sit through two calls and a proposal to find out whether they can afford this. Most people should buy one of the two packages. Everything is also available on its own.

Packages

The two ways most people buy

Each bundles something that has a price of its own further down this page. That is the point of them.

Lead Engine

Contractors, local services, anyone who needs the phone to ring.

Most common

The website and the ads that point at it, as one thing. The build is included because we would rather manage traffic going to a page we built than argue about whose fault the conversion rate is.

$899per month
  • A custom website — a $1,000 build, included
  • Google Ads: full campaign build and ongoing management
  • Landing pages built for the campaigns
  • Conversion tracking and call tracking
  • Monthly reporting that leads with cost per booked job
  • Hosting, SSL, backups, security and monthly edits
  • No setup fee and no build cost
  • Six-month initial term, then month to month
  • Ad spend is separate and billed to your own card at cost

Sales Engine

Companies with reps who close.

Commission software for the whole team, a comp plan rebuilt so it pays for the right outcome, and a weekly cadence with someone who has run a floor. The half of the business marketing cannot fix.

From $2,500per month
  • KickSplit Complete for the whole team
  • Compensation plan audit and rebuild — a $3,000 project, included
  • Weekly sales training call
  • Monthly one-on-ones with your reps
  • Full pipeline and KPI buildout inside the platform
  • Software priced per team, plus $2,000/mo advisory
  • Ten-seat minimum, annual prepay
  • Twelve-month term

Consulting

The in-house practice

Higher ticket, different buyer, and the part we deliver ourselves rather than pointing you elsewhere for.

Compensation plan rebuild

$3,000

one-time project

A full audit of the current plan, a new structure modelled against your last twelve months of real deals, and the rollout that lands it without losing anyone.

  • What the current plan is really rewarding
  • New structure modelled on your actual deal history
  • Draws, clawbacks, splits, tiers and accelerators
  • A written plan your reps can follow
  • How to announce the change
Book a call

Included at no charge with an annual KickSplit Complete agreement. Seat minimums apply.

Sales process and training buildout

$5,000

one-time project

The stages, the qualification, the call structure and the training that makes a team run the same way twice.

  • Pipeline stages and exit criteria defined
  • Qualification framework your reps will actually use
  • Call structure and objection handling
  • Onboarding and ramp for new hires
  • Built into the platform, not a slide deck
Book a call

Included at no charge with a multi-year KickSplit Complete agreement. Seat minimums apply — we will work it out on the call.

Fractional sales leadership

Most common

$4,000

per month

Someone who has run a team, in your business every week — without a full-time VP salary.

  • Three training calls a week with the team
  • Monthly one-on-ones with every rep
  • Pipeline reviewed properly, not read out
  • Hiring against a scorecard
  • Three-month minimum
Book a call

We take two of these at a time. Embedded engagements — weekly cadence, ride-alongs, full team buildout — are quoted separately.

Business analysis

By quote

Getting three systems to agree on what a lead, an opportunity and a closed deal actually are — then building the handful of numbers that should drive a Monday meeting.

  • Definitions agreed and documented
  • CRM, accounting and spreadsheet reality reconciled
  • Unit economics per lead, per booked job, per closed deal
  • Dashboards people will open
  • Scoped from the first call

AI implementation

By quote

Priced on the outcome, not the tooling. Cutting a two-hour quoting process to fifteen minutes is worth something specific, and that is the number we work from.

  • Audit of where the week actually goes
  • Working automations in the tools you already run
  • A straight answer on what to ignore
  • Training so the team keeps using it
  • Scoped and quoted from the first call

Terms

How buying works

The parts people usually have to ask about, written down instead.

  • Ad spend is yours

Billed to your own card by the platform, at cost, never marked up and never routed through us. Our fee is management only, and it is flat rather than a percentage of spend — a percentage would pay us more for spending more of your money.

  • You own the accounts

The domain, the ad account, the Business Profile, the analytics — all in your name, with us added as a manager. If we stop working together you keep every bit of it and the history that goes with it.

  • Builds are half up front

Fifty percent to start, the rest at launch. Two rounds of revisions are included; further rounds are billed hourly, and we will tell you before the meter starts.

  • Annual prepay saves ten percent

On anything recurring. If you already know you are in for the year, there is no reason to pay monthly for it.

Questions about pricing

Why is the website free with an ad retainer?

Because ads pointed at a page we did not build is the worst version of this for both of us. If the campaigns underperform, nobody can tell whether it was the traffic or the landing page, and we end up arguing about it. Building it ourselves removes that conversation entirely. The build is a $1,000 job either way.

Is the ad spend included in the $899?

No, and be careful with anyone who says it is. The $899 is management. Your ad budget goes straight to Google on your own card at cost — we never touch it and never mark it up. We work out what that budget should be on the call, from what a customer is actually worth to you.

Why a six-month term on Lead Engine?

Because you are getting a $1,000 website for nothing, and because ads cannot be judged fairly in less. Month one is learning, month two is cutting what lost money, month three is where the number starts to mean anything. After six months it is month to month.

Can we start smaller?

Yes. A Basic site is $500 and you can walk away with it. Plenty of people start there, get the phone ringing on their own, and come back for traffic later.

What if we need something not on this page?

Then it is a quote, and you will get a real number before any work starts. Multi-location builds, custom integrations, embedded sales leadership and AI work are all scoped on a call rather than guessed at here.

Do these prices ever move?

Published prices are what we charge. If a project is out of range we would rather cut scope than pretend the number is different — fewer pages, fewer channels, a smaller build. What we will not do is quietly reduce what you get and keep the price where it was.

Not sure which one you are?

Twenty minutes on a call and we will tell you — including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.
